Luggage storage is possible

• Cleaning costs Mirnock & Nockalm € 50,-, Turrach € 70,-
• Deposit € 200,- per apartment (will be refunded within a week after departure)
• We will charge a fee of € 15,- a day for pets
• Tourist tax € 2,20 PPPN

Payment needs to be done via bank transfer. Once the down payment has been made, the reservation is final. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

The cancellation conditions are based on the Cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations​. ​Free cancellation is possible up to 3 months before arrival.

• The cancellation charge is equal to 40% of the total amount if cancellation takes place up to 1 month before arrival.
• The cancellation charge is equal to 70% of the total amount if cancellation takes place up to 1 week before arrival.
• The cancellation charge is equal to 90% of the total amount if cancellation takes place in the last week before arrival.

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing​.

Pets are welcome in consultation with the owner.
