What time can I check in and out?

Check-in from 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (later by appointment)

Check out until 10:00 a.m.

What payment options are available?

Payment is made by bank transfer. Once the payment is received, the reservation becomes final. The remaining amount must be paid no later than four weeks before arrival.

Additional costs

• Cleaning costs Mirnock & Nockalm € 75,-, Turrach € 90
• Tourist tax € 4.50 per person per night (incl. free public transport throughout the stay in all of Carinthia)
• Sauna for a fee.
• Pets only by arrangement.

Cancellation

The cancellation terms are based on the Cancellation Terms of the Austrian Hotel Regulations. Free cancellation is possible up to three months before arrival.

More than 3 months before arrival: You can cancel for free. Any down payment will be refunded.

3 months to 1 month before arrival: You pay 40% of the total trip cost.

• 1 month to 1 week (8 days) before arrival: You pay 70% of the total trip cost.

In the last week before arrival (or in case of a no-show): You pay 90% of the total trip cost
